About Ai painting Plus:

Austin Ilsley, President, started Ai Painting Plus in 2013 after obtaining the skills and expertise from working in the trade since he was 16. When building the business, he knew he wanted to change the industry and how people viewed painters. He created a solid foundation not only with performing the work, but running a company dedicated to professionalism both with himself and his crew. In 2021, his wife Lacie Ilsley, became the new CEO of Ai Painting Plus. She had an incredibly detailed history of growing businesses, developing teams and building culture not to mention she was also a mentor to Austin behind the scenes since the start of Ai Painting Plus.
MISSION AND VISION
At Ai Painting Plus, our mission is to “paint joy into people’s homes and spaces.” This is the core purpose behind our operation, and we carry this purpose with us into
every project.
Our vision is to be a place where people love to work with people they love working with while
proving the highest level of customer service as possible.

basis. We carry our own weight and add value to our team, and company.6
Growth – We want to provide our team members with a path to growth, professionally and
personally. We want our company to grow through sales, revenue, and opportunities we can

working towards that in all levels of this company. From apprentice to CEO, we are always striving
